Ji'an Jiaxin General Machinery Co., Ltd. is a member unit of the Belt Conveyor Branch of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, and a professional backbone enterprise designated by the state to produce electric rollers and various types of bulk material conveying equipment. It currently produces 9 series of electric rollers and products such as DT II, DT II (A), TD75 belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, and air chute. The leading products of the electric drum, TDY75 and JYD YDB, have been awarded the titles of products from the original Ministry of Machinery and Jilin Province *. TDY75 and YDB were rated as Jilin Province * products in 1994 and have been maintained to this day. In 2000, it passed the ISO9001 GB/T19001 quality system certification of the National Square and Circle Mark Certification Center, and the explosion-proof electric drum obtained the safety mark for mining products. The DT II and TD75 belt conveyors have obtained production licenses.
The company completed the relocation and renovation in October 2006, and implemented the second phase of technical renovation in 2007. The current factory area covers an area of 75000 square meters, with a building area of 35000 square meters. The main production equipment is over 300 sets. The annual production capacity of electric rollers is 15000 units, and the conveying machinery is 30000 meters.
