As of the end of October, the cumulative installed power generation capacity in China was about 2.5 billion kilowatts, an increase of 8.3% year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of wind power is about 350 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%; The installed capacity of solar power generation is about 360 million kilowatts, an increase of 29.2% year-on-year.
From January to October, the cumulative average utilization of power generation equipment in China was 3083 hours, a decrease of 103 hours compared to the same period last year. Among them, thermal power generated 3619 hours, a decrease of 52 hours compared to the same period last year; Nuclear power generated 6226 hours, a decrease of 245 hours compared to the same period last year; Wind power generated 1817 hours, a decrease of 10 hours compared to the same period last year.
From January to October, major power generation enterprises in China completed an investment of 460.7 billion yuan in power supply projects, a year-on-year increase of 27.0%. Among them, solar power generation reached 157.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 326.7%. The completed investment in the power grid project is 351.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%.
