The 12th International College Student Tal Cup iCAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was successfully held at the University of Technology

From September 21st to 22nd, the 12th International College Student Tal Cup iCAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Anhui Division Selection Competition was successfully held at the Tunxi Road Campus of Hefei University of Technology. This competition attracted nearly 90 representative teams from more than ten universities, including the PLA Army Officer College, Anhui University, Anhui University of Technology, and Hefei University of Technology, with a total of nearly 300 participants. This competition is organized by the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering at Hefei University of Technology, and co organized by the Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology at Hefei University of Technology, Anhui Taier Heavy Industry, Anhui Provincial Automation Society, and Hefei Wogong Electrical Automation Co., Ltd.
The iCAN competition began in 2007 and has always encouraged original innovation since its establishment. The contestants' works are independently created by students, adhering to the spirit of "confidence, perseverance, and dreams". They advocate for technological innovation and entrepreneurship to serve society, improve human life, guide and motivate university students to use innovation, discover and cultivate a group of promising young innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and promote and strengthen the use of the Internet of Things The integration of industry, academia, and research in the high-tech field represented by intelligent hardware promotes the development of the high-tech industry and builds an international exchange platform for high-tech innovation and entrepreneurship.
After intense competition through roadshow voting, defense demonstration, and expert evaluation, 19 first prizes, 27 second prizes, and 44 third prizes were selected. The * works in this competition will receive bonus support and tickets to advance to the national finals.
