Project Introduction:
The ground production system of Baishihu open-pit coal mine of Yiwu Guanghui Mining Co., Ltd. was designed and debugged by Hefei Wogong Electrical Automation Co., Ltd.
The project is divided into two phases, with the first phase consisting of four working areas, namely the eastern mining area, the southern industrial square, the western mining area, and the railway rapid installation system. The four areas are connected through conveyor corridors, with a total of 30 conveyors and a total length of 26 kilometers.
The entire electrical control system consists of five parts: comprehensive protection of the conveyor, local control cabinet, control substation, control master station using PLC dual machine hot standby, and upper computer monitoring system; Under the coordination of a network-based monitoring and management system, the following functions have been completed: control, detection, protection, statistics and management of important data, etc. In addition, this system has control modes such as local manual, remote DCS control, and maintenance, with a high degree of automation. Moreover, the combination of local control and remote supervision ensures safe and stable operation, stable design and selection, and high system stability. At the same time, it is equipped with PLC dual hot standby and upper computer dual hot standby. The upper computer and PLC communication have dual network redundancy, greatly improving the stability of the system.
