Vietnam Unloading Trolley Project
The site of the Vietnam unloading car project is the Guangning Power Plant in Xialongwan, Vietnam, where the electrical control parts of four sets of unloading cars are produced by our factory. Two sets were completed in the first phase and two sets were completed in the second phase in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
The unloading trolley system is equipped with four devices: an onboard PLC cabinet, an onboard frequency conversion cabinet, a ground PLC cabinet (with touch screen), and an on-site button box. The Vietnamese unloading car is driven by a 9.2KW electric motor controlled by a frequency converter, which can automatically shift to the designated unloading area and operate in the designated mode within the unloading area.
The Vietnamese unloading truck can achieve remote DCS control, control of the nearby onboard cabinet panel (button box), and control of the ground cabinet touch screen panel. There are two ways of communication between the ground control cabinet and DCS:
One is a point-to-point communication method, where DCS command signals and equipment status signals are transmitted through passive contacts or 0-20mA DC analog signals; The second is Ethernet communication method. The system is equipped with limit protection and start prediction devices. An emergency stop switch has been set for safety protection.
